Return Process

  Contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Ensure the device is in its original condition, factory reset to remove all personal data, and packed securely in its original retail packaging with all included accessories.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the device to verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 to 5 business days back to your original payment method.
